About This Service
This candidate application portal is operated by Genesis Sprinklers & Water Management, LLC ("Genesis," "we," "us"), located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The portal allows prospective employees to apply for open positions at Genesis by submitting their qualifications, completing a personality assessment, and communicating with our hiring team.
These terms govern your use of the application portal at careers.genesiswm.net. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
To apply for a position through this portal, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in your application. This includes your name, contact information, work history, certifications, licensure status, and quiz responses.
Providing false, misleading, or materially incomplete information is grounds for immediate disqualification from the hiring process. If inaccurate information is discovered after hiring, it may result in termination of employment.
SMS Communications
By submitting your phone number through the application portal, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Genesis Sprinklers & Water Management related to your application. Messages may include application confirmations, magic link access to complete your application, interview scheduling, and status updates.
Message frequency: typically 2–5 messages per application cycle.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not withdraw your application.

SMS services are provided through Twilio. Carrier participation and message delivery are not guaranteed. Genesis is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier filtering, network issues, or device settings.
No Employment Guarantee
Submitting an application through this portal does not create an offer of employment, a promise of an interview, or any contractual obligation between you and Genesis. All hiring decisions are made at the sole discretion of Genesis Sprinklers & Water Management.
If you are offered a position, the terms of your employment will be governed by a separate employment agreement and Genesis company policies — not by these terms.
Background Checks and Screening
Candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment may be subject to pre-employment screening, which may include:
- Criminal background check
- Drug screening
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Verification of employment history and certifications
All screening is conducted in accordance with applicable federal and Florida state law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You will be notified and asked to provide written consent before any background check is initiated.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and functionality of this portal are the property of Genesis Sprinklers & Water Management and its technology partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any portion of the portal for any purpose other than submitting your own job application.
Limitation of Liability
This portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Genesis does not warrant that the portal will be available without interruption, free of errors, or secure from unauthorized access.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Genesis Sprinklers & Water Management's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this portal is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Genesis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this portal.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County or Sarasota County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
